[LSR] Managing Nexus Dev Add-On Subscriptions and Renewals]

Did you know you can renew your Nexus Dev add-on subscription(s) right within your Lightspeed R-Series account?

This article is separated into two sections listed below.

Notes:

  • For this example, we will use the UI Tweak add-on.
  • Active subscriptions will have the blue button toggled on (upper right corner of each section).
  • Check marks within each add-on can be turned on and off as applicable.

How to Check Your Subscription Renewal Date

  1. Login to Lightspeed R-Series.
  2. Click "Settings".
  3. Click the "Nexus Apps" icon (under General).
  4. Scroll through the available apps to find the add-on(s) you utilize.
  5. Click the "Subscriptions" button in the lower left corner.
  6. Review valid subscription end date.

How to Renew Your Subscription

From your PC that has Nexus Apps installed:

  1. Login to Lightspeed R-Series.
  2. Click "Settings".
  3. Click the "Nexus Apps" icon (under General).
  4. Scroll through the available apps to find the add-on(s) you use that are up for renewal.
  5. Click the "Subscriptions" button.
  6. Review valid subscription end date and pricing.
  7. Click the green "Get a Subscription" button.
  8. Review and edit / update subscription details (including number of shops, monthly or annual billing frequency, and accurate billing details).
  9. Click the green "Checkout" button.
  10. Click "OK" to proceed when prompted.
  11. Enter payment details and click "Subscribe".
