- If you have Guided Access started on your iPad, you must first exit it.
- Press the "home button" (if you have a physical Home button) or "swipe up" from the bottom of the screen (if you do not have a physical Home button) to return home.
- Tap "App Store".
- Tap the search bar at the top of the screen.
- Type "Lightspeed Retail POS" (or "Lightspeed Retail") in the search bar.
- Look for "Lightspeed Retail POS (X)" and tap "Update" to update to the latest version.
- Close the "App Store" on the iPad.
- Open the "Lightspeed Retail POS (X)" app on the iPad.
- Start Guided Access if you use it.
