[LSR] Sending Emails to Multiple Recipients (Including Yourself) in Lightspeed Retail R Series

When emailing in Lightspeed Retail R Series, whether work orders, purchase orders, or sales receipts, you may wish to send to more than one recipient OR you would like a copy for your records. 

To accomplish this, you can add additional email(s) to the "To Email Address" field, separating the email addresses with a comma and no space. 

You will receive a copy of the sent email to the address provided. Please keep in mind that any email you include will also be visible to the intended recipient so you will want to be cautious if this is not a customer or vendor facing email you are including.

NOTE: Work orders do allow you to BCC other recipients. Purchase orders and sales receipts do not. 

Examples:

In the "To Email Address" field, you would type or paste: [e-mail],[e-mail]
