Lightspeed Status Page
Did you know that Lightspeed has a dedicated status page? This has live updates for known issues with timestamps for awareness, investigation, monitoring, and resolution. You may choose to subscribe to these updates to be delivered directly to your email by clicking the blue "Subscribe to Updates" button in the top right corner. This will help you to avoid contacting support and experiencing longer wait times as they work to resolve global issues.

Chat is the fastest / easiest method, right within Lightspeed (preferred).

Click the "Help" at the top right of your Retail POS store on your web browser (or tap "Menu" -> "Help" from your iPad). Click "Send Us a Message".
- Pro Tip! Type "Agent" in the message box to reach a support person and bypass the bot!
- Can be accessed on their help page in the lower right hand corner if you are unable to log in to Lightspeed.
