Lightspeed Status Page

Did you know that Lightspeed has a dedicated status page? This has live updates for known issues with timestamps for awareness, investigation, monitoring, and resolution. You may choose to subscribe to these updates to be delivered directly to your email by clicking the blue "Subscribe to Updates" button in the top right corner.  This will help you to avoid contacting support and experiencing longer wait times as they work to resolve global issues. 

 

CHAT

Chat is the fastest / easiest method, right within Lightspeed (preferred) 

  • Click the Help at the bottom-left of the main menu > click Chat with us to open the chat window. Be sure to note your account ID found when clicking “Help”.
    • Pro Tip! Type "Agent" in the message box to reach a support person and bypass the bot! 
  • Can be accessed on their help page in the lower right hand corner if you are unable to log in to Lightspeed

Enter Option #1 (Retail), Option #2 (Support + Billing), Option #1 (R-Series), Option #2 (to be added to phone support queue), then enter Account ID

 

EMAIL

This method will yield the longest response time and should not be used for emergency situations – email is best for any change requests or non-urgent questions.
