Processing issue with FreedomPay iPP350 and Revel POS after a power cycle

If you use Revel POS and FreedomPay for credit card processing via an iPP350 pin pad terminal and encounter an issue processing credit cards for the first transaction after power cycling the iPP350 where the Revel POS application hangs but the iPP350 pin pad terminal states that the transaction was approved, please contact the iPOS Support Team either by emailing helpdesk@individualpos.com or calling us at (570)906-8598 option #3 so that the terminal can be replaced.
