Why do I need to turn on Location Services?

In iOS 13, Apple has updated its WiFi SSID setting to be hidden.  We need access to this in order to see your network so we can troubleshoot your connectivity issue.

What is an SSID?

A service set identifier (SSID) is a sequence of characters that uniquely names a wireless local area network (WLAN).  An SSID is sometimes referred to as a "network name".  This name allows stations to connect to the desired network when multiple independent network operate in the same physical area.
