iPOS Support Membership Options

iPOS Services Include: Hardware and Software Support, Installation, Setup, Configuration, Data Conversion, Training, and Networking

Normal Business Hours: Monday thru Friday 9am-5pm excluding Holidays

Payment arrangements must be in place with iPOS before support will be provided

Platinum Membership
Annual Support Agreement paid Monthly ($96 per month)

  • Membership is for one year (12 months) from date of implementation.

  • The current labor rate for this membership plan is at the reduced rate of $96 per hour.

  • Includes up to 2 hours of services per month provided via e-mail, phone, and remote connection (requires high speed internet) during normal business hours.

  • Services beyond 2 hours per month provided during normal business hours are billable at the current labor rate, in .25 hour increments, minimum .25 hour.

  • Services provided after normal business hours are billable at 1.5 times the current labor rate, in .25 hour increments, minimum .5 hour.

  • Services provided on a holiday are billable at 2 times the current labor rate, in .5 hour increments, minimum 1 hour.

  • On Site services will include on site time plus travel time, mileage, and travel expenses, port to port.

  • Must purchase setup and training services from iPOS to qualify for iPOS Platinum Support Membership

Gold Membership

$995 when paid via Electronic Check

9 Hours Block of Time – save by pre-paying for your services

  • Time is available until used (does not expire).
  • Services may be provided via e-mail, phone, remote connection (requires high speed internet), and/or on site.

  • Services provided during normal business hours are subtracted from available prepaid time, in .25 hour increments, minimum .25 hour.

  • Services provided after normal business hours are subtracted from available prepaid time at 1.5 times the time used, in .25 hour increments, minimum .5 hour.

  • Services provided on a holiday are subtracted from available prepaid time at 2 times the time used, in .5 hour increments, minimum 1 hour.

  • On Site services will include on site time plus travel time, mileage, and travel expenses, port to port.

  • iPOS representatives will make every effort to resolve any issue as efficiently as possible. Please note, ALL time incurred by iPOS representatives, whether issue is resolved or not, is billable.

 

Silver Membership

Pay-As-You-Go Services

  • The current labor rate for this membership plan is $128 per hour.

  • Services may be provided via e-mail, phone, remote connection (requires high speed internet), and/or on site.

  • Services provided during normal business hours are billable at the current labor rate, in .25 hour increments, minimum .25 hour.

  • Services provided after normal business hours are billable at 1.5 times the current labor rate, in .25 hour increments, minimum .5 hour.

  • Services provided on a holiday are billable at 2 times the current labor rate, in .5 hour increments, minimum 1 hour.

  • On Site services will include on site time plus travel time, mileage, and travel expenses, port to port.

  • iPOS representatives will make every effort to resolve any issue as efficiently as possible. Please note, ALL time incurred by iPOS representatives, whether issue is resolved or not, is billable.

 

Note: All Support Memberships include access to iPOS Help Center, including Forums and Articles. For Revel POS customers, all Support Memberships also include access to Revel University, Help Center, and 24/7 email and phone support provided by Revel directly.
