[LSR] Disable Setting Causing Gift Receipts to Print All Customer Info and Employee Name (Temporary)

After recent updates to Lightspeed R-Series, users are reporting gift receipts printing all customer information (including addresses) as well as full employee names.  iPOS has confirmed with Lightspeed Support that while there is not a specific timeline for an update, these printing changes are being addressed.

To prevent these details from printing, one option is to disable the "choose items from the sale to include on the gift receipt".  This is found in Settings under General Options.

The iPOS Support team will share any new information with you when it becomes available.

To Disable the Option:

1. Login to Lightspeed R-Series.
2. Click "Settings".
3. Click "General Options".
4. Click the "Printing tab".
5. Disable (uncheck) "Choose items from the sale to include on the gift receipt".
6. Click "Save Changes" to apply.
