Revel POS Getting Started Checklist

Thank you for your purchase and congratulations on your new Revel Systems iPad POS!  Welcome to iPOS and the Revel Systems family! Below we've included a checklist for our onboarding process.

To make things easier for you, we've created this article highlighting the information you need to know to get started. You will learn step-by-step instructions on how to get your POS system installed successfully before your go live date. For the best possible experience, we recommend allowing yourself at least 2-3 weeks for complete setup and installation.

Step 1 
Login to your account:

If you haven't already, you will receive an email including your Console Management URL, User Id and Password for access to your Console Management (Back Office) along with a Pin Number for access to the iPad POS (Front of House).

Your URL will be in the format xxxxxxxx.revelup.com where "xxxxxxxx" will be replaced with your information.

Open your internet browser (preferably Chrome) and type your URL into the address bar and press Enter

Enter your User Id and Password and click Login.

Once you're logged in to the Management Console, if you have more than one location (establishment), you will need to click on "Establishment" (located at the top left hand corner in the blue banner), to select the Establishment you would like to begin working with.  Otherwise, you may begin working in your Establishment.  We recommend starting with Settings.

Step 2
Personalized Onboarding Meeting:

Your iPOS Revel POS Specialist will have scheduled a time with you for an onboarding session.  During this session, please be prepared for the following activities:

  1. Hardware Setuphave all your hardware ready to unbox, your Revel Onboarding document (found inside the box with the hardware) readily available as we will be following the steps outlined on this document and your phone close to where you are installing the hardware.
  2. General Console Management and POS Overview - Your Revel POS Specialist will provide a high level overview of the Console Management and Next Steps as well as a General Overview of the iPad POS.
