Why Does the Sales Summary Report on the Management Console Have Different Figures Than it Does on the iPad?

If you are noticing that the Sales Summary Report is showing different figures on the Management Console than it is showing when you pull up the same report on the iPad, it could be because you are including open orders on one and not the other. At the top of the report there is a box that says "Open". By checking the box it will include open orders on the report and if it is not checked, it will not include open orders. Verify that both reports are either including or excluding the open orders and the reports should now show the same figures.
