How do I Set the System to Automatically Close the Order Once the Payment is Received so I do not Have to Click Done?

If you would like to set the system to automatically close an order after you have received a payment, so you do not have to click Done, you must first login to the management console. Go to Settings>Advanced POS Settings and check the box next to the setting called Auto done.
