Translink Portal through HMS | How to Sign Up for Portal Access to View Statements and Transactions


To begin using TransLink visit and get started by clicking on the “Register” tab.

NOTE: You will need your complete Merchant ID

1. Input required information.

  • Merchant ID (numbers only,  no spaces or dashes)
  • Password
  • Email Address
  • Verify email Address
  • Account verification via DDA, SSN, or Tax ID (select from dropdown)

2. Click Register

3. You will need to verify your account via email or text message and will be prompted to do so in the next screen. Be sure to note your credentials - your merchant ID is your username. 

4. After verifying your account by email code or text code, you will need to login again. From here, you will be able to view your transactions and statements. 


Please note that the site is best viewed with:

  • Google ChromeTM browser (version 74.0.3729 or higher)

  • Internet Explorer 11 (Versions 11.0.9600.19326 through 11.1746.15063.0)

  • Microsoft Edge (Version 44.17763 and higher)

Reports are available for:

  • Adjustment History

  • Authorizations

  • Card Activity

  • Chargebacks

  • Merchant Statements

Transaction History, sorted by:

  • Batch Deposit Amount - Cardholder Number
  • Date
  • Merchant ID
  • Transaction Amount
