How to Make an Inventory Item Obsolete and Still Retain it For Historical Reporting

Items no longer used in inventory or product lists can be made inactive. This will retain all reporting information associated with that item. We do not allow deleting items for this purpose.

To make an item inactive, please go to the Management Console and locate the product you would like to make inactive. In the product details, you will have the option to make the product active or inactive.
